Arabic Fonts Office 2003

So my brother asked me an interesting question yesterday. His girlfriend needed a specific font (Britannica Bold) for an assignment, and after some research my brother determined that the font is included with Office 2003 Professional -- which he had coincidentally recently bought.
Only thing is, Britannica Bold isn't on his system. Neither are a lot of the other fonts listed here. He called me, and I checked my home PC (likewise -- Office 2003 Pro). Same deal. I came into work today and looked (again, Office 2003) -- and voila, Britannica Bold is installed.
Missile ya waumini pdf editor. The same list of apps is installed both places (i.e. I didn't leave out Publisher at home, or anything). Why does my office PC have the font, but my home PC doesn't?
